Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ANNOVA LLC (“Annova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through annova.io and our AI phone-receptionist service. By calling a business that uses our service, booking an appointment, or receiving text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Annova provides an AI phone-receptionist and appointment-booking service for local home-services businesses (such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical). When you call a business that uses Annova, our AI assistant may answer, help you book or manage a service appointment, route urgent matters, and send you appointment-related texts (such as a confirmation and reminders). You will be told at the start of the call that you are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.
2. SMS / text messaging program terms
By providing your mobile number and giving your verbal consent on the call, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Annova on behalf of the business you contacted.
Program: ANNOVA LLC appointment messaging.
Message types: Appointment-related — appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional review requests.
Message frequency: Varies per booking, based on your appointment activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Annova does not charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt-out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will send no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
Privacy: Your mobile opt-in and consent information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at annova.io/privacy and is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information (including a mobile number you are authorized to use), to use the service lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
4. Appointments
Appointments booked through the service are provided by the independent home-services business you contacted, not by Annova. That business is responsible for performing the service, its pricing, and its scheduling. Annova facilitates the booking and confirmation only.
5. Intellectual property
The annova.io website, the Annova service, and all related software, content, and trademarks are owned by ANNOVA LLC and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANNOVA LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ANNOVA LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at annova.io/terms and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
